Welcome to Bless Construction. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided by Jagpreet Singh and the team are based on the information provided at the time of the site visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days due to the fluctuating cost of construction materials.

2. Payments

Payment schedules (deposits, milestones, and final payments) will be clearly outlined in your specific project contract. We accept bank transfers and standard digital payments.

3. Site Access

For us to provide our “Precise Building” service, we require safe access to the site during agreed-upon working hours.

4. Liability

While we carry full professional insurance, Bless Construction is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather or third-party supply chain issues.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been specially ordered for your build.
